This incredibly smart and beautiful transgender patient of mine was kind enough to let me share part of her transformation journey. She underwent liposuction (in her abdomen, flanks, lower back and upper buttocks), had fat transferred into her uneven dips and implants placed into her hips to create a more sculpted and hourglass figure.
