Continued off of my last before and after post, here is a quick look inside the actual Revision Rhinoplasty surgery of my patient. I go over several areas that needed to be addressed, why certain things needed to be removed from her nose and how I completely rebuilt her nose with a DCF Rhinoplasty procedure.
See my related post about the whole process of a DCF Rhinoplasty here.
This patient of mine had several implant rhinoplasties in the past which eventually resulted in a collapsed bridge and uneven nostrils. She waited 15 years to find a procedure which would just bring her nose back to normal. Thankfully, she found us to do her Revision Rhinoplasty procedure. I was able to rebuild her nose bridge, tip and nostrils using cartilage and donor rib with a DCF Rhinoplasty. She was kind enough to let me share her results.
