Here’s a quick Capsulectomy Breast Augmentation surgery repost from my Instagram account of a patient who was suffering from Capsular Contracture.

” This patient is a woman in her 30s who originally underwent a primary Breast Augmentation with saline implants. Since her surgery, she’s developed a severe grade 4 Capsular Contracture on the left breast that is causing her discomfort and distortion of her breast. In this surgery, we’ll be exchanging the saline implants for gummy bear silicone implants and perform a complete Capsulectomy to minimize her chance of recurring a capsular contracture. “
