This super kind patient of mine underwent a Revision Rhinoplasty after receiving a Rhinoplasty from another practice leaving him with an irregular bridge and tip. See photos, surgery information and quick clip below!

About This Case On Realself

18-24 year old man treated with:

  • Extensive Revision Rhinoplasty. Patient underwent primary rhinoplasty 3 years ago with some improvement in his dorsal hump but was left with a polybeak deformity.  He also had breathing issues following his surgery.  He underwent revision rhinoplasty to address the polybeak deformity and improve his breathing.  He had bilateral spreader graft placement as well as a septal reset.  He had supporting grafts placed to improve the appearance of his nasal tip.  He also had bilateral osteotomies to narrow his nasal bridge.
  • Results: 3 month follow-up.
