About This Case On Realself
25-34 year old woman treated with:
- DCF Rhinoplasty and Alar Base Reduction. Patient has a wide mid-vault, bulbous nasal tip lacking projection, and low nasal bridge. The nasal bridge was augmented using a DCF graft. The nasal tip was refined with improvement in tip projection, nasal tip defatting, and cephalic trim. The alar bases were reduced to decrease overall width and flaring.
- Results: Immediate.
