This patient of mine underwent an Asian DCF Rhinoplasty with Alar Base Reduction to just her left nostril. Because her left ala was wider, she only required reduction on that side to bring symmetry to her nose. See photos, surgery information and quick clip below!

About This Case On Realself
35-44 year old woman treated with:
- DCF rhinoplasty and left alar base reduction. The nasal bridge was augmented with a DCF graft utilizing donor rib cartilage. The nasal tip projection was increased and excess cartilage and soft tissue removed. The left alar base was brought in to improve symmetry as the left ala was wider pre-operatively.
- Results: Immediate.
