Patient In Need Of A Breast Augmentation Revision
This patient developed grade 4 capsular contracture from another surgery elsewhere. Because of this, she was experiencing symptoms of pain in her left breast along with implant displacement. I performed a Breast Augmentation Revision on her to address and resolve these issues. See more photos, surgery information and quick clip below!

About This Case On Realself
45-54 year old woman treated for:
- Left Breast Grade 4 Capsular Contracture. Patient had previously undergone primary breast augmentation several years ago. She developed grade 4 capsular contracture on the left breast with symptoms of pain as well as implant displacement. The right breast implant was exchanged with full cohesive implants (Allergan SCF265) with capsulorrhaphy to raise the fold by 1 cm. A neo-pocket was created on the left breast to address her implant malposition and the implant also exchanged with full cohesive implants (Allergan SCF265). She now has full resolution of her left breast capsular contracture and improved symmetry.
- Results: 15 months follow-up.
