Male DCF Rhinoplasty + Septal Extension Graft

Low Bridge And Tip Addressed With DCF, Septal Extension Graft and Nasal Cap Grafts

Revisiting a recent case— This patient wanted a stronger bridge, more defined tip and narrower nostrils (that were less upturned). He originally opted for an Alar Base Reduction procedure with his DCF, but like most of my nose cases, after building the bridge/tip with the DCF, septal extension graft and nasal cap grafts, his nostrils naturally narrowed out.

Check out his transformation below and thank you to my kind patient for letting us share these results!
