Patient Fractured Nose As A Child, Needs Revision Rhinoplasty

Patient Underwent Revision Rhinoplasty To Address Irregularities

Revisiting this recent Revision Rhinoplasty case— This patient wanted to address irregularities from her previous Rhinoplasty. As a child, she suffered from a fractured nose which eventually led to her first surgery at another practice. Unfortunately, that surgery did not correct the issues that bothered her. See more photos, surgery information and quick clip below.

Thank you to my kind patient for letting us share her results!

About This Case On Realself

25-34 year old woman treated with:

  • Revision Rhinoplasty.  Patient originally had a nasal fracture as a child (at 12 years old). She had a rhinoplasty previously with hump reduction at another practice. Following her surgery, she still had irregularities of the nasal dorsum and bulbous nasal tip. For her procedure with me, she underwent a revision rhinoplasty with straightening of the nasal dorsum + bilateral spreader grafts and significant tip refinement.
  • Results: Immediate.
