This female patient of mine underwent an Asian DCF Rhinoplasty and Functional Septoplasty to address significant breathing issues. She was also treated with a repair of internal vestibular stenosis and turbinate reduction. See more photos, surgery information and quick clip below!

About This Case On Realself
25-34 year old woman treated with:
- DCF Rhinoplasty, Functional Septoplasty, repair of internal vestibular stenosis, and turbinate reduction. Patient had significant breathing issues through her nose. She was diagnosed with septal deviation and turbinate hypertrophy. She also had a positive Cottle test indicating internal vestibular stenosis. Cosmetically, the nasal bridge was augmented with a DCF graft and the nasal tip refined. The breathing issues were addressed with a septoplasty, bilateral spreader graft placement, and turbinate reduction.
- Results: Immediate.
