About This Case On Realself
25-34 year old man treated with:
- DCF Rhinoplasty. Patient felt his nasal bridge was too flat and the nasal tip was too wide and bulbous. The bridge of his nose was augmented with a DCF graft. His nasal tip was refined with nasal tip soft tissue debulking, cephalic trim, as well as increased projection with a septal extension graft as well as a prominent columellar shield graft. The profile was kept straight to maintain a more masculine nose.
- Results: Immediate.
