About This Case On Realself
35-44 year old woman treated with:
- Revision DCF Rhinoplasty and upper Lip Lift. Patient had previously undergone primary rhinoplasty 12 years ago. Following her surgery, her columella was not straight and she felt her tip lacked definition. She also had notched alas. During her revision, her dorsal bridge was slightly augmented with a DCF graft to provide better dorsal aesthetic lines. Her columella was straightened and nasal tip was defined with a combination of septal extension grafts and columellar shield grafts using donor rib cartilage. The notched alas were also improved. She underwent a lip lift at the same time to give a more youthful appearance.
- Results: Immediate and 3 month follow-up.
