About This Case On Realself
25-34 year old man treated with:
- DCF Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty. Patient had complaints of breathing difficulty with deviated septum. Patient’s dorsal hump was reduced and dorsal aesthetic lines established with a DCF graft. Nasal tip underwent significant refinement with increased tip projection. Septoplasty was performed to straighten his nose along with bilateral osteotomies.
- Results: Immediate.
